Course Objectives:
 This lab course is suitable for upper level undergraduates students. It provides hands-on experience with experiments in modern physics that are challenging at varying levels of expertise. It is expected that students complete, at least, 10 experiments in a semester. Students are encouraged to inquire into the possibility of performing an experiment of their own design, make refinements to the experiments or expand the range of measurements suggested in the handouts.

2. Newton's Rings.
8. Air wedge.
3. Michelson interferometer.
4.  Fabry-Perot interferometer.
5. Optical activity, polarimetry.
6. Prism spectrometer.
7. Grating spectrometer
9. Refraction index of a glass
10. Fraunhofer and Fresnel Diffraction.
11. Brewster's Angle Experiment.
12. The Fresnel Biprism.
13. Lloyd’s mirror experiment with an He-Ne-Laser
