Dr. Ahmad Deilami is the 7th vice president for educational office of the University of Qom and an associate professor in private law. Formerly, he was the director of research at the University of Qom for four years. Dr. Deilami has wide experience in teaching at university and seminary, and has cooperated in research projects in different research centers.
